1 Lot = $120 Annually due on Jan 1 of each year
2 or more Lots = $240 Annually due on Jan 1 of each year
Invoices go out by email around 12/15 and provide 3 payment options.
Late notices go out by US Post after 2/1 and will incur interest and billing fees.
